Rob Guardiola was the RPO Director of Implementation with expertise in talent acquisition, RPO, implementation, strategic project management and recruiting technology at AGS. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and has prior experience in assessment, training and development, curriculum development, performance management, and evaluation. Rob is a strong leader who can guide teams to achieve aggressive goals. He effectively partners with key client stakeholders and executive level management. At its most basic, implementation is about starting from nothing and turning it into "something." Rob moved on from AGS in 2020.
