In her previous role as an inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategist at Allegis Global Solutions, she partnered with clients to offer thought leadership, innovation and development in their I&D roadmap for their total workforce. She has always had a passion for helping women walk in their purpose. Over the course of her career, she has been instrumental in creating spaces in organizations for women to connect, collaborate and thrive. She studied psychology at Michigan State University and holds two DEI certifications.
