Chad Lane spent more than 20 years in various leadership roles within Allegis Group’s operating companies. He was the president of AGS from 2010 to 2013, briefly leaving to lead the growth of Allegis Group Asia as the business acquired, Recruitment Solutions, of Talent2. He then assumed the role of AGS president again from 2016 to 2022. Under Chad’s leadership, AGS grew to over 60 countries across North America, Europe, Latin America and APAC.
