Tom Jewett is the Vice President of RPO Operations in North America. With over 21 years of industry experience, Tom started his career with Aerotek in 1998 before moving over to Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in 2005 to support the managed service provider (MSP) business line. Since 2009, Tom has been with AGS in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and as VP, RPO NA he oversees implementation, operational delivery, operational excellence, and GettingHired. Since assuming the role in 2017, he has overseen the largest growth period in region history.
Throughout the years, Tom has lived in Detroit, Toronto, and New York. Recently, he has moved to Jacksonville, FL to support the buildout of new AGS’ Recruitment Delivery Center.
