Belinda is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven track record in delivering a highly efficient, best practise recruitment service aligned to business and HR strategy. Belinda joined AGS in 2011 to lead an on-site RPO team for a leading financial services company across Singapore, Thailand and Philippines. Currently, as Global Director of Operations, Belinda has spearheaded efforts to elevate service delivery, ensuring robust adherence to Service-Level Agreements and fostering exceptional customer experiences. Her focus has been on sectors such as Financial Services, Technology and Pharmaceuticals, where precision and innovation are paramount. Belinda started her career as an Analytical Chemist in the UK, spending over 10 years with Merck and emigrated to Singapore in 2000 where she moved into Employee Mobility followed by Agency Recruitment at Robert Walters and Morgan McKinley.
