Adele Alvarez is a workforce leader with a passion for people and translating big ideas into reality. She was a driving force for building the foundation for what is now Allegis Global Solutions’ (AGS) largest growth product: services procurement. Currently, Adele is responsible for client delivery in the West region across MSP, RPO, direct sourcing and procurement offerings. She is a founding member of AGS’ Diversity & Advocacy Group, Women’s Leadership Council and the All4 Diversity Initiative.
