    With more than 10 years of talent acquisition and recruitment industry experience, Jessica Wuenschell serves as operations director of SIGMA, Allegis Global Solutions’ (AGS) purpose-built solution for the small to mid-sized managed services provider (MSP) market. In her current role, Jessica is responsible for the overall successful operation of program offices in support of workforce management solutions for all SIGMA engagements. Jessica began her journey with Allegis Group as a national recruiter for AGS’ affiliate company, Aerotek. After serving in that role for three years and working as an account manager for Aerotek Professional Services, Jessica transitioned to AGS in 2009 as an implementation consultant. In this position, Jessica was responsible for leading analyses, design, and configuration of vendor management systems (VMS) for our MSP clients. Jessica later went on to serve as an implementation manager, where she managed highly-complex multi-territory MSP programs through the project’s lifecycle. She was also accountable for managing client relationships throughout implementation, developing change managed plans catered to client culture and needs, and assisting in driving key decisions to ensure best-in-class solutions. In her most recent role, Jessica was a strategic project manager in charge of driving complex project-based initiatives across AGS and customer programs. She also built strategies, facilitated planning sessions, and drove change activities required to maintain company goals and competitiveness. ​ Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Frostburg State University. She later went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College, and has her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
