Alexander Springate joined Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in September 2015 as a research analyst for EMEA. Through his current role, and a university work placement prior to AGS, Alex has gained numerous skills, including teamwork, communication, problem solving, and organization, all of which make him a valuable asset to our EMEA-based program teams. Within his current role as a research analyst, Alex holds several responsibilities, including: providing rate card guidance for business development cycles from implementation up through the end of the program’s life cycle, producing quarterly local market analysis for various EMEA markets, and performing economic analyses to assist our RPO and MSP teams and programs. Alex also works to produce white papers, blogs, infographics, and case studies, all of which speak to a wide variety of issues and trends within AGS’ programs or the staffing industry in general. Prior to AGS, Alex worked as a student assistant economist for the Department for Work and Pensions, while attending university. During his time there, Alex worked to update the monthly labor market statistics briefing for several different groups within the organization, led quarterly statistics briefings, organized and gave monthly presentations to all department members and senior civil servants, and served as a representative for the labor market division regarding the safeguarding of division files against the potential loss of data. Alex received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Coventry University, where he graduated with honors and also studied Mandarin. Additionally, Alex has his SAS Fundamentals certification and assists with AGS’ Corporate Social Responsibility council.
